This class runs for 55 mins and is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.  All of the classes at Bfg Fitness & Reformer Pilates attempt to co-ordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration to help participants regain control of their mind and body as a whole.

Receive FOUR 1 hour sessions - $120

By appointment outside of scheduled timetable.

Become familiar with the Reformer by learning the different parts and how to adjustment them to suit you.

Begin to learn the Essential Reformer repertoire to set you off onto your Reformer journey of discovery and take your practice to the next level.

*Package is valid for Four weeks from the date of your first session attended.*

Book all Four sessions in one week or spread them over four weeks.

This class runs for 50 mins using a mixture of HIIT and Circuit classes.  Utilizing the TRX Suspension System, Battle Ropes and Bodyweight exercises to name a few.  We will be working towards improving your Endurance, Strength, Flexibility and Balance.  Loads of modifications are given for a basic exercise to suit the kind of day you are having.  You will be encouraged to work at your own pace on any given day as not every day will be the same.  I want you to enjoy the fact your are moving and getting it done!

For a personalized session whether it's on the Reformer or a Private Circuit/ Workout.

1 hour  -  Reformer $60  -  Fitness $50

45 mins  -  Reformer $45  -  Fitness $30

This is a beginners class or someone just starting their pilates journey.

Or a great recovery day from the gym.

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise where you will become Stronger by Strengthening your Stabilizer muscles.

You will Increase your Muscle Endurance.

Improve your Co-ordination.

And generally have fun doing it!
