Getting You Fit for Life

Bfg Fitness & Reformer Pilates first began life as BFG Fitness but as my interest and love of Pilates grew I wanted to be able to share the fabulous benefits of Reformer and Mat Pilates (which there are many) with my lovely clients.

All levels of fitness and ability are welcome. Whether you are already a gym beast and are looking for some Active Rest classes, Reformer Pilates is ideal!

Or you are wanting to get moving again and get rid of niggly aches and pains...

Ps, Bfg is a private studio based at our home and we have plenty of safe and secure parking onsite.
