What You Need To Know

Before you get Started. / What to Wear. / Class Start Times. / Cancellation Policy.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED.

If you are new to Reformer Pilates or Fitness it is recommended that you speak to your lead Healthcare provider if you have any concerns around the suitability of the classes that I offer.

WHAT TO WEAR.

Wear clothing that is comfortable but not to baggy which does not restrict your movement.

For Reformer Pilates classes, don't forget to bring your grippy socks.

If you don't have any I have grippy socks you are able to purchase at the studio.

If you have long hair please bring a hair tie to keep your hair away from the Reformer springs...

CLASS START TIMES.

I try very hard to begin classes on time, so if you are able to arrive 5 minutes before classes are scheduled to begin that would be great.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made MORE  than 12 hours before class will not lose the session and can rebook another session that better suits them.

Late Cancellations made LESS than 12 hours before class will forfeit the session.

No-shows and absences will forfeit the session.

Cancellations are the responsibility of the person booking the class.

Cancellations MUST be made via your Punchpass account.

We do not accept cancellations via email, phone or social media.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR DON'T SHOW UP?

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that everyone has inclusive access to classes.

As part of the Bfg Community, we hope you can understand this.

Please be considerate of your community and cancel your spot to free up your space so some else has the chance to book.
